First week down 5 to go
Been a while since I last used Tumblr…..
Due to some unknown stroke of genius/Madness I signed up for 6 weeks with a personal trainer, and as the title suggests I’ve just finished my first week, 7am in the gym Tus,Wed and Friday, with a group session on Sundays at 8 in the Phoenix park, All I can say is even though my energy levels seems to have spiked in the last few days, good gods Im crashing out most nights afterwards, And don’t get me started on the diet, no milk or sugar :( except for the cheat Sunday where I can cram as much of it down my neck in 60min as I can, I wonder will I make it through the 6 weeks, Most of my family seem to be betting against me on it, Is that a reason to kill yourself doing something just to prove a point?
I do have a lady friend who is pretty sure I’ll make it through, said ladyfriend also being a huge source of inspiration to push myself (She’s also the provider of awesome Batman comic books, but that’s just one of her awesome qualities)
I feel things have turned a corner the last few months, Like things might actually work for once, It’s a nice feeling but it’s also slightly shocking
